I don’t set out to produce art about one subject, I usually keep changing my subject according to my thoughts, observations and my mood. After a gap of long 8 years I am showcasing my work in a gallery with a simple but elegant subject.

I painted horses as I am inspired by its free spirit, the strength, the unending pool of its energy and especially its natural grace. As it says “A horse is poetry in motion”. I filled my canvas with mostly tones of one colour and paint in different styles. This portrays its motion and its magical charm. My strokes change from one painting to another from bold to delicate depending on the moment and my moods as the colour speak for itself.

They say “beauty is in hand of the beholder” and for me I strongly believe art should always be open for interpretation and so are my paintings. I leave them on the viewer to create their own perception rather than me trying to explain what each paintings means.
